TISA confirms Board appointments
TISA, the financial services membership organisation, has confirmed the make-up of its Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2015.
Elissa Bayer – Senior Investment Director at Investec Wealth & Investment and David White, Managing Director – Retail at Zurich UK Life have joined the Board as a Non-Executive Directors, while Baroness (Jeannie) Drake, CBE has been appointed as an advisor to the Board.
The TISA Board now comprises the following directors:
• Tony Solway (The IMS Group) – Chairman
• Clive Shelton (IFDS UK Ltd) – Deputy Chairman
• Julian Korek (Kinetic Partners) – Treasurer
• David Dalton- Brown
• Carol Knight
• John Brasington
• Elissa Bayer (Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd)
• Mary-Anne McIntyre (Old Mutual Wealth)
• Tony Stenning (BlackRock)
• David White (Romyla Consulting)
• David White (Zurich UK Life).
There are two advisors to the Board:
• Baroness (Jeannie) Drake, CBE
• Lord (Howard) Flight

It’s crucial that these proposals offer solutions to consumers from all walks of life and receive cross-party support. Jeannie Drake will be able to offer us a Labour Party perspective to help us to achieve this.”
